I think it would be great to have something like this here. As a punk myself who always believe that punk kids should try stenciling, i think this could be a good way to encourage more to stencils! A campaign against the idea of National Service a few years ago. It's been like 6 or 7 years, but it is still around.... but this is in Johor Baru. Nobody knows who did this stencil, it could be somebodies from KL... goes to JB and sprayed it.... or it could be from local kids who follow this campaign.
